Bio and Discography

Though Doug lost his highly regarded studio, Easley-McCain, due to a fire in 2005, much of the equipment survived, and he's in the process of planning his next steps studio-wise... stay tuned for more information shortly!

Doug's also been wearing two hats this summer - touring musician and producer. As a member of the Memphis Rythmn Band, Doug has been traveling the country with Cat Power, including recording an episode of Austin City Limits scheduled to run on public television in December.

As a producer, Doug spent August working with EMI/Astralwerks artist, Willy Mason , recording basic tracks for Willy's new record at Long View Farm in North Brookfield, MA, and mixing at Ardent in Memphis.
